I work with adults, teens, young people, and groups. This work may be especially supportive if you:
Feel grief, anxiety, anger, or helplessness about climate and ecological change
Are grieving a place, species, landscape, community, or way of life that is changing or disappearing
Feel overwhelmed by ecological change or uncertain about the future
Feel disconnected from your body, your community, or the natural world
Want space to explore your feelings without having to minimize them or immediately turn them into action
Long for a deeper sense of connection, belonging, purpose, or relationship with the living world

No. Nested kin is not therapy, and I am not a licensed therapist or mental health clinician.
My work is a supportive, educational, and reflective practice for people navigating ecological grief, climate anxiety, uncertainty, loss, and questions of meaning and purpose. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and this work is not a substitute for psychotherapy or other clinical mental health care.
If you are looking for mental health treatment or are experiencing symptoms that require clinical care, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.

Sessions may include compassionate conversation, grounding and nervous system regulation, somatic practices, guided reflection, creative expression, art-making, time in nature, and ritual.
The work is responsive to what you are experiencing and what feels supportive to you.
