How We’ll Spend Our Time Together
Ground
We’ll begin with a grounding practice to help you arrive in the space and connect with yourself.
Listen
We’ll listen to your mind, heart, and body, making space for whatever is coming up for you.
Explore
We’ll explore what’s present through a combination of compassionate conversation, guided reflection, somatic practices, creative expression, ritual, or other practices that meet you where you’re at and resonate with you.
Transition
We’ll gently gather what emerged and consider what you’d like to carry with you as you move back into the rest of your life.

This is the recommended option for those who want to give themselves more time and space for this work. Across three sessions, we can return to themes as they arise, deepen practices that feel supportive, and allow the work to unfold over time. The three sessions must be used within three months of your first session.
Single Session — $120
A one-time 60-minute session for those who would like support with something specific or want to experience the work before committing to a series.
If these rates pose a barrier, we can discuss a sliding-scale approach to see what might be possible.

A deeper understanding of your emotions
Practices for tending to yourself
A sense of connection and companionship
More space to feel complex emotions without being consumed by them
The ability to stay engaged in creating change without burning yourself out
